Who This Is For

You don’t need to be broken to get support, just tired of doing it alone.

This space is for men who’ve tried solving it themselves, and and nothing has changed.

I work primarily with:

  • Men feeling overwhelmed by stress, pressure, or burnout

  • Young men and young adults (16+) navigating identity, confidence, or direction

  • Professionals who appear functional on the outside but feel stuck internally

  • Men struggling with anxiety, low mood, or relationship difficulties

  • Men who want practical tools, not endless talking

While my focus is men’s mental health, I also work with women who resonate with this approach.

About Brad - A Brief Message

I’ve lived through it myself. I’ve spent time in places most people don’t talk about, questioning everything, feeling stuck, and not understanding why.

Growing up, you didn’t ask those questions. You just dealt with it. So I did what most people do, I handled it on my own for as long as I could.

Until that stopped working.

On paper, things looked fine. But internally, I felt disconnected, alone, and like something wasn’t right. Seeing people around me change through therapy was the first time I thought, maybe there’s another way.

So I went and got help.

And over time, things changed. Not overnight, but enough to experience a sense of clarity and lightness I didn’t know was possible.

That’s what I help people find now.

No one really teaches us how to understand what we’re feeling or what to do with it. Most people carry it quietly, try to manage it themselves, or push it down.

Asking for help isn’t easy. Especially for men.

But the need for it doesn’t go away.

At some point, most people think:
“I just want someone I can talk to, who gets it, and can help me make sense of this.”

That’s where I come in.

Frequently Asked Quetions

Men frequently doubt the effectiveness of therapy, especially if they’ve tried it before or feel their issues are unique or hopeless.  Therapy is a practical tool that equips men with coping strategies, problem-solving skills, and emotional resilience that often show clear benefits in daily life. Evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques are popular with men who want actionable results and personal growth rather than just talking about feelings.

Men often fear they’ll struggle to talk during sessions, worry about expressing emotions, or feel uncertain about what’s expected in the therapeutic process.  It’s normal to be unsure or feel embarrassed at first; skilled therapists will guide the session, ask helpful questions, and help clients build emotional language and confidence over time. Talking in therapy can start with just describing present concerns, and therapists often use practical exercises or activity-based approaches if talking feels awkward.

Concerns about whether the therapist will relate to their experiences, be nonjudgmental, and grasp male-specific issues are very common. Finding the right therapist is collaborative.  Men are encouraged to choose therapists who feel like a good fit and who demonstrate an understanding of male-specific concerns and life experiences. Many therapists specialize in working with men, adapting their methods and language to be relatable, goal-oriented, and respectful of masculine expressions.

Many men worry that therapy will stir up emotions they aren’t prepared to handle and wonder if confronting these feelings will be too intense.  Therapists are trained to guide conversations at a pace that feels safe and manageable, ensuring men never have to talk about anything before they’re ready. It’s normal to feel uneasy at first, but the environment in therapy is supportive, and strategies like structured approaches and goal-oriented methods help men process emotions without feeling overwhelmed.

Client Testimonials

Many men struggle in silence, unsure where to start or who to talk to. Only after experiencing change do they realise how powerful it can be to have someone listen without judgment. These are reflections from men who’ve taken that first step through online therapy.
