Men’s Counselling in Bondi Junction
If you’re based in Bondi or the Eastern Suburbs and things haven’t felt quite right for a while, counselling can be a straightforward place to start.
A lot of men reach a point where they’re still functioning, working, training, showing up, but something underneath isn’t sitting well. Stress builds, relationships feel strained, or there’s just a sense of being stuck.
Counselling gives you space to step back, understand what’s going on, and move forward with more clarity.
Counselling for Men in Bondi
This is a space for men who want to think clearly, make better decisions, and get a handle on what’s going on beneath the surface.
You don’t need to have everything falling apart to benefit from counselling. Most of the men I work with are managing life, but carrying more than they realise.
If you’re in Bondi, Bondi Junction, or the surrounding Eastern Suburbs, sessions are available both in-person and online.
What Men Come to Counselling For
While every situation is different, there are some common patterns that tend to bring men in.

Overthinking, restlessness, or feeling constantly “on edge.”
Relationship difficulties
Communication issues, conflict, or feeling disconnected.
Feeling stuck or directionless
Knowing something needs to change, but not knowing where to start.
Anger or emotional shutdown
Frustration building up, or the opposite — feeling flat or numb.
